Lodging
We will stay in a hotel in Grand Rapids. Participants will have their own rooms, and meals are all provided.
If you are local to Grand Rapids, MI and do not need lodging, please contact [email protected] for a discount in the registration fee.
Travel & Transportation Arrangements
You are responsible for booking and paying for your own travel for the event.
Flights: Use Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) for your flights. Plan to arrive by 2 PM local time on the 24th, and depart after 3:00 PM local time on the 27th. If it's not possible to find a flight that arrives by late afternoon on the 27th, please email [email protected].
Ground Transportation: Rides will be provided for the duration of the trip. Send your flight information to [email protected].
