The need to have a good balance of different racial and ethnic groups represented among the participants regrettably requires us to occasionally limit the number of participants in over-represented groups. Therefore, submission of an application does not automatically indicate acceptance to the programs. Registration fees will only be charged upon acceptance to the event.
