Registration Cost

100% Refund - You will receive a full refund if you need to cancel before the date of the trip.
Canadian Currency - Transactions are in USD, but Canadian registrants receive a 20% currency offset.

Flights - Please use the Gerald R. Ford Airport in Grand Rapids (GRR) for your flights, and plan to arrive before 5 PM on the first day of the trip, and leave after 1 PM on the last day of the trip.
Meals - Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, and dinner will be provided on Monday and Tuesday. We encourage the group to eat out together on Wednesday for dinner.
Lodging - The cost of lodging is included in the registration fee. Lodging is typically at the Prince Conference Center and Hotel OR the Drury Inn and Suites in Grand Rapids, MI. We will make the arrangements for you. Participants will have their own hotel rooms. If you plan to arrange your own lodging, contact [email protected] for a coupon code for 50% off the registration fee.
Classis Note - If your classis will be covering the cost of your trip, please contact [email protected] for a coupon code to waive the registration fee.
