Registration Cost

100% Refund - You will receive a full refund if you need to cancel before the date of the trip.
Canadian Currency - Transactions are in USD, but Canadian registrants receive a 20% currency offset.

Flights - Please use Pearson Airport in Toronto (YYZ) for your flights, and plan to arrive by 2 PM on the first day of the trip, and depart after 3:00 PM on the last day of the trip.
Meals - Meals are provided beginning with dinner on Monday and ending with lunch on Thursday. We will notify the group in advance if any of the meals will be the responsibility of the participants.
Lodging - The cost of lodging is included in the registration fee. We will make the arrangements for you. Lodging is typically at a retreat center, and participants generally have their own rooms. If you plan to arrange your own lodging, contact [email protected] for a coupon code for 50% off the registration fee.
Classis Note - If your classis will be covering the cost of your trip, please contact [email protected] for a coupon code to waive the registration fee. Additionally, please direct your CMLT to send a cheque made out to the Christian Reformed Church in North America with "EPMC Trip" and your name in the memo line to:
