Registration Cost

100% Refund - You will receive a full refund if you need to cancel before the date of the trip.
Canadian Currency - Transactions are in local USD, but Canadian registrants receive a 20% currency offset.
Meals - Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, and dinner will be provided on Tuesday and Thursday.
Lodging - The cost of lodging is included in the registration fee. We will make the arrangements for you. If you plan to arrange your own lodging, contact [email protected] for a coupon code for 50% off the registration fee.
Classis Note - If your classis will be covering the cost of your trip, please contact [email protected] for a coupon code to waive the registration fee. Additionally, please direct your CMLT to send a check made out to the Christian Reformed Church in North America with "EPMC Trip" and your name in the memo line to:
