The Church Communications & Administration Summit is hand-crafted by Church Juice, a program from ReFrame Ministries. Church Juice is passionate about providing support and equipping you with the tools to communicate, lead, and serve your church well—or, as we like to say, we’re energizing church communications.

About our West Michigan location

Church Juice's Michigan Church Communications and Administration Summit will take place at Cascade Fellowship Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

From world-class attractions and outdoor recreation to nationally-ranked food and craft beverage scenes—Grand Rapids, Michigan, is filled with unexpected surprises. 9:30a.m.Stop Announcing Everything: How to Create a Communication Plan That Works

Most churches announce way too much from the stage—a signal of an "announce everything everywhere" mentality. And when everything gets announced, nothing is heard. In this workshop we’ll walk through how to set up a plan (that actually works) for communicating everything that’s happening—but doing it well. With a little thought and intentionality, you can break through the noise to connect with the right people at the right time.

11:00a.m.Apply It: Creating a Strategy Workshop

This workshop will build upon the knowledge gained in our previous session by diving into practical application. In small groups, participants will collaboratively develop a comprehensive communication strategy for a given scenario. By working together, you'll have the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts, gain valuable insights from your peers, and refine your communication skills.

12:30p.m.Live Website Reviews

We'll take a look together at some real-life examples of church websites, giving first reactions including what works well and tips for improving the site's experience.

This quick-hitting session features several short presentations where you'll hear dynamic stories designed to equip you with the tools and inspiration to energize your church's communications.

2:45p.m.Ask Me Anything

This is your opportunity to ask those burning questions! You can submit a question to hear from Church Juice's Bryan Haley and your peers and get feedback, thoughts, input, ideas, or others' experiences.

3:30p.m.Closing

We'll close out the day no later than 3:30p.m.
